Your QuestionCreated on 2007-11-07 23:01:10 with 1235 views. Q: The shopping cart won't let me make an order? A: If you are unable to order, look at the SECURITY settings and PRIVACY settings of Internet Explorer (go to the the top left-hand side of Internet Explorer and select Tools/Internet Options and you'll see a tab for Security and another for settings). If they are set too high (eg anything above medium is too high), your computer won't let you submit an order.
If you have the Yahoo toolbar, Google toolbar or MSN toolbar installed, these will also block you from making an order and neeed to be uninstalled (or disabled).
Also, running a pop-up stopper or having javascript disabled on your browser will cause your PC to block access to our order system.
Some AntiVirus programs will stop ordering information from submitting too.
